Tcl/Tk, incrTcl, and MetaKit in a self-contained executable (allows cross 
platform starkits)

Upstream tarballs are not versioned. This means that they can change at any
time, and we'll have random md5sum breakages. Can we ask the upstream guys to
version their tarballs ?

If not, we'll have to version-tag them ourselves, but that means that tclkit
will become a higher-maintenance ebuild that most likely will be lose some priority.
