The doc file for qcad-2.0.4.0-r1 (qcad-manual-200404.tar.bz2) appears to have never made it out to the mirrors.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="doc" emerge =qcad-2.0.4.0-r1


Actual Results:
