Too often Konqueror 3.3.2 does not jump to the specified anchor within a page, but stays put at the top.  This happens when a page loads fast: when it was cached, for example, or when it's a local file.

This bug is fixed in the 3.3 branch in KDE CVS on December 13th.  The attached patch contains the relevant changes (a diff between tarball and CVS files, with the htmlframes2 patch subtracted).  Could this fix please be added in the next revision of the kdelibs ebuild?
