Now includes a new help system hence the jump in package size. Note the help is OPL licensed.

New dependencies: 
dev-libs/libxml 2.6+ for OpenOffice.org Writer and Draw support
Optional requirement:
dev-python/imaging is an optional thing for users of the FontSample script, certainly NOT a requirement.

Includes a new admin dir so Gentoo bug 64940 should be irrelavent now.
