INSTALLING XEN (Using NoMultiLib Or Hardened Stage3) doesn't create ...
    /boot/efi/gentoo/xen-4.13.2.efi

Using Stage3MultiLib creates this file above when installing XEN.

/var/log/emerge.log ... there are ZERO errors in my LOGS

If XEN is "unsupported" using a Stage3 with "NoMultiLib" or "Hardened", ok fine.
I can use MultiLib instead. It's just, I was hoping to simplify my build by removing all the x32 bits.

Please run:
emerge -v1 app-emulation/xen |& tee xen.log

And post the xen.log here. Thanks

OK ... just to be clear ...

... this log is from a VB (VirtualBox) VM with Gentoo (NoMultiLib) installed and EFI Boot into a ZFS root FS (FileSystem) with XEN installed (xen & xen-tools). Nothing else.

I am at the point where "/boot/efi/gentoo/xen-4.13.2.efi" should appear, meaning I just tried this ... 

$ time emerge -a -v -q app-emulation/xen app-emulation/xen-tools

It completed, no errors and I don't have my "xen-4.13.2.efi" file. :-(

Now I produced the log.
