I created this new ebuild to solve a module dependancy, depreciation issue and provide this module with package separation. This perl module was being built by in dev-perl/Text-CVS incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge Text-CVS 
2. observe the name if the perl module added by portage
3.
