The new format of handbook is here, translated. www.gentoo.fi is moving servers, the preview is now on my own server only. The changes to handbooks are not very big, but they do require some sanity check before going online anyways. I'm only gonna attach the diff on non-versioned handbook, as the 2004.3 version is "new" to Finnish translation.

Commited, would prolly require a lot of QA still but hey ho.
