app-office/dia-0.93 has wrong german umlauts. Instead some broken chars are displayed. Seems like a problem in dia. Perhaps the coders forgot to initialize UTF8 correct or they did no convert the GUI output to UTF8.

0.94 has german umlauts. Perhaps this version should go into x86. dia-0.93 has also a bug while running Enlightenment 0.16.x which is fixed in dia-0.94

dia-0.94 has problems of its own, but they will be fixed. It will be marked stable when it's appropriate.
