basc-1.5.4 contains several bugfixes, where one of these bugs caused basc to do a `kill -9 line 8 : 1 Permission denied`, which is not good, I think... sorry for that. Many other fallbacks are added to prevent wrong detection of windowmanager and pci-cards. The creation of /etc/basc/basc.conf was removed and the copy of /var/log/emerge.log was added, nothing more. So it is already and still tested and stable on the marked arches.
