Arch teams, this is an urgent stabilization request, since it fixes critical bug: all <openafs-1.8.7 are unusable for Rx clients started after 14 Jan 2021 08:25:36 AM UTC.

So I'm bypassing usual grace period after bumping ~arch version and ask for immediate stabilization.
