Bug 76518 – REquest new package "sci-mathematics/gnumexp" - ebuilds provided

I came across this very good program called "gnumexp"

I have written the nessacry ebuilds (5off) for all its external (non-portage) dependancies.

I provided all the dependancies that was needed on my system and ones that I could see from the ./configure (of each package) that were needed

I have provided a *.tar.gz of my portage overlay directory that I have used to
emerge and un-merge (just to test the ebuilds work)

it is a sci program (mostly)
two of the ebuilds are outside sci (dev-perl and app-text)

then sci-mathematic
and sci-libs

Would be much nicer to have a bug for each ebuild and the ebuilds attached as plain text. Let the gnumexp bug depend on the other bugs, then.
