Modified your ebuild, setting S=${WORKDIR}/${P} instead of renaming directories in src_unpack. src_unpack no longer needed.
Merges alright for me, I don't have a scrobbler login so I can't test it fully.

I meant S=${WORKDIR}/${MY_P} back there.

This is in CVS, please give the update two hours to propagate before you sync your portage tree.

Compiles cleanly and works in a native 64-bit (Athlon64) environment. Please add ~amd64 to KEYWORDS.
