hppa/alpha: Easytag has been marked testing on your archs for a long time, could you please test 1.0-r1 and mark it stable if there are no problems?
Comment 6 Colin Kingsley (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-01-11 20:59:28 UTC
For me this packages is failing becuase it is looking for libstdc++.la in /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.4/. This is incorrect, as I am currently running gcc-3.3.5. The problem occured during the same emerge run which brought in gcc-3.3.5, and the syslog contained multiple instances of "rc-scripts: /usr/bin/gcc-config: No gcc profile is active!" so I ran gcc-config, selected the standard 3.3.5 profile, env-update && source /etc/profile, and even tried in a new login session, and easytag continued to fail with the same compile error.

I appologise if my system is at fault, I will continue to try fixing the problem, and post here if I do so.

Nevermind. I had to run fix_libtool_files.sh, now everything works fine. sorry about that.
