This package was removed from ::gentoo, which I believe was because it only supported Python 2. With the release of version 4.4 it now supports Python 3 (see https://github.com/PlayOnLinux/POL-POM-4/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md). If I'm correct that that was the reason for its removal, perhaps it can now be restored.

I got an ebuild for PoL 4.4 to work myself after a little experimentation, and opened a PR on GitHub: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/18924

Are you willing to maintain this package? If so, please update metadata.xml accordingly. If not, I'm not sure we have bandwidth to maintain it.
