As discussed in gentoo-dev, I have added a README file to the gentoo-news.git repository: Copyright of Gentoo news items is held by their respective authors and translators. All news items committed after 2018-10-21 are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Visit https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ to view a copy of this license. So, please acknowledge that your news items can be distributed under CC-BY-SA-4.0 and remove yourself from CC of this bug. (Effectively, you've already stated that they can be distributed under a free software license by adding a Signed-off-by line to your commit.) List of news items by their authors (I've also included older ones before the 2018-10-21 cutoff date if they're by the same author): Andreas K.
