configure fails because of missing Archive::Tar package

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. unmerge Archive-Tar
2. emerge amavis


Actual Results:  
configure fails because missing dependency  

Expected Results:  
finish configure and installing amavis 

emerging Archive-Tar solved the problem 
Additionally IO-String is missing in the dependency of Archive-Tar.

Um, amavis has dev-perl/Archive-Tar in DEPEND.

Two independent tests, as well as look in the amavis ebuild show that amavis pulls in dev-perl/Archive-Tar correctly. I'm closing this one.

The missing IO-String dependency is adressed in #76300.
