Bug 76256 – mail-filter/qmail-scanner - add qms-analog support

In short I wanted to use qms-analog along with qmail-scanner.  In order to do this you must patch it with the patch file from qms-analog which includes the popular "st" patch plus some new patches to support the qms-events.log file format and generation.  This was part of the 1.24 release so I needed to do a r1 shift

Please report this directly to upstream if still needed with newer versions like 2.08
