As discussed on #gentoo-dev, current eclassdoc QA checks are experimental. They are currently being reported on qa-reports.gentoo.org and are not marked as as such. Please turn these checks off until they are considered ready for production.
No.
This was discussed further on #gentoo-qa. Additional developers proposed ideas to identify these checks as experimental. This is being re-opened to track the work whether on the pkgcheck side or the infra based implementation of the checks. Marking these and any other experimental checks as a "grey colour" would be a great start.
