fix annoying clock skew messages, if swclock service in use

There seems to be 2 ways of fixing this.
Not sure which is best or not .. :/~

I suspect this was actually fixed by https://github.com/OpenRC/openrc/commit/839083bb523b82cca28d3f0ecc8d4c3469a0853d.
