make.{conf,global}.ppc64 files should be added to cvs in gentoo-src/portage/cnf/

basically just copy the .ppc versions and tweak the CHOST/CFLAG info and it should be ok

if someone attaches tweaked versions to this bug, i'll add em to cvs in the correct place for you guys

ah but it wasnt added to portage_2_0 in cvs which is why i suggested you let me add them ;)
