tuscow times out when USE flag nowin is used

a simple change to the nowin download is recommend I do believe we should change
back to  ftp://jeuxlinux.com/bioware/Neverwinter_Nights/nwresources129.tar.gz
for the download.

Vapier thanks for handling my bugs in a professional manner I know on irc we didnt hit it off maybe one day soon you will lift the bans you set on me hopefully seeing I am working toward becoming a gnetoo dev.
