Upstream is at least https://github.com/Intel-Media-SDK/MediaSDK/releases/tag/intel-mediasdk-20.3.0 , in tree 18.4.1, unmaintained within two years.
Need ether bump or delete package.

Why should we delete version 18?
Did you try it?
Is the version 18 not usable any more?

Latest versions supports much more hardware.

Furthermore, since 20.1.1 I was able to build ffmpeg with Intel QSV support
