Comment 1 Frank 2004-12-31 03:40:39 UTC
Fixed it by running a

emerge and unmerge of ximian-connector
unmerge evolution-1.4.6 (no idea why that was still on my system)
evolution --force-shutdown
Comment 2 Alastair Tse (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-01-04 06:53:30 UTC
no idea why that happened for you. reopen if there is more info
Comment 3 Dirk Heinrichs 2005-01-28 00:47:00 UTC
I've got the same problem after a fresh install of evolution 2.0.3. No 1.4.6
on my system.

Please reopen.
Comment 4 Dirk Heinrichs 2005-01-28 02:20:03 UTC
I can confirm that unmerging ximian-connector solves the problem, but
re-emerging ximian-connector brings it back.
