net-misc/stunnel-4.06 version bump

- IPv6 support (to be enabled with ./configure --enable-ipv6).
stunnel3 perl script to emulate version 3.x command line options.
- Automake upgraded from 1.4-p4 to 1.7.9
- New 'compression' option to enable compression. To use zlib algorithm you have to enable it when building OpenSSL library.

I'm currently working on bumping 4.09. Going to add a few useflags and clean a few other things up. I'll let you know when its committed!
