Changing the list of search engines,
after restart, the old settings re-appear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete some entries.
2. Stop Firefox
3. Start Firefox again
Actual Results:  
Old settings active again

Expected Results:  
Respect the altered list

Please, let me know which additional Information would be helpful.
