When I try to "emerge -upvD world" the procedure fails complaining that 'there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=dev-libs/fftw-2.1.3"'. Further issue is: !!! Problem with ebuild sci-mathematics/octave-2.1.57-r1 !!! Possibly a DEPEND/*DEPEND problem. Changing ">=dev-libs/fftw-2.1.3" to ">=sci-libs/fftw-2.1.3" fixed the problem.
