we'd like to add a few more vars to 'info_vars', but really it would only make sense to show them if the vars are set ...

we dont want to end up with a big `emerge info` list that's like
A=""
B=""
BLAHLDSF=""

if these variables arent set, they shouldnt be shown

2.0.51-r15 does this for sure
