Description Davide Rossi 2004-12-28 05:50:56 UTC
I tried to do an emerge -e system and i get this error:
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:
 Calculating system dependencies \
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "virtual/fam".
 !!! Problem with ebuild app-editors/emacs-21.3-r3
 !!! Possibly a DEPEND/*DEPEND problem.
 !!! Depgraph creation failed.
With a emerge -Uo emacs i get this error again. I can't understand the broken dependencies and i can't find over internet another problem like this.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -e system or world
Actual Results:
The same thing described in Details

Expected Results:
emerge all the system packages and dependencies, without including glibc
