PORTAGE_COMPRESS=""
in make.conf (doc: `man 5 make.conf`)
means no compression

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. man 5 make.conf
2. search for BINPKG_COMPRESS
3. search for PORTAGE_COMPRESS
Actual Results:  
no info that when set to empty there will be no compression happening

Expected Results:  
doc should mention that when those env. vars are set to empty there will be no compression performed
apparently when BINPKG_COMPRESS="" the files have .xpak extension instead of .tbz2


/usr/share/man/man5/make.conf.5 is owned by sys-apps/portage-3.0.12
