Hi all, Obz needs to be set up to add people to cvs and dev.g.o and change stuff in bugzilla, plus ml related things.
 
 Obz is one of the new recruiters who will be helping the recruiting team.

He also needs to be added to recruiters and devrel aliases

He's setup on toucan for adding users, added to the aliases, updated in bugs. I need to have a chat with lcars about the ML situation. For now, any new devs that need to be added, please ask me, klieber, or lcars to add them until we get that sorted. Please do not add anyone on parrot to core!
