Everythig I have a sound notification, artsd crash. I desactived it in Configuration Center, however it was almost impossible to use kde.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the configuration Center
2. Actived the sound system
3. Test sound

Actual Results:  
Artsd crash.
When I start Kontrole from a consol, I've got :

I've got emu10k1 sound cart. No problem with xine, mplayer, ...

Sorry, but I fear we cannot do anything for bugs like this. I suggest you
to search http://bugs.kde.org for similar bugs, there are really _a lot_ of
arts crashes like this one, maybe you can find some useful suggestion there.
To make things worse, arts is now unmaintained and new bugs are not likely to 
be fixed:
