Kpum is a user manager for the pureftpd server.
You can add, modify and delete users of the pureftpd server.
Currently only the pureftpd.pdb database is supported.
Kpum is a application for the KDE environment.

According to the URL, the last update to kpum was in December 24th 2004, version 0.5.3.1, for KDE 3.1.x.

I suggest closing this as stale.
