7.3.3 bzip2 gdbm jit ncurses -libressl -sqlite -test -tk

I was unable to reproduce the test failures.

Tested on amd64 with:
dev-python/pypy3-7.3.5_p1 USE="bzip2 gdbm jit ncurses sqlite -test -tk"

No test failures for Python 3.8 through 3.10 either.
