This bug is resolved because the source for sci-biology/wcd-0.6.3 was fetched successfully. The source was successfully fetched via an emerge in a clean and current gentoo stage3 image created using ebuildtester. This is always repeatable and no change need to be made. The configure phase failed; however, that is a seperate issue.
Could we get an update on this bug? The reporter could not fetch the package successfully; however, my tests show the package can be fetched successfully, even if it does not configure correctly. Since I am new please let me know of any advice or constructive criticism you would be able to give.
