This is a Java DTD Parser and used by c-jdbc. the package dtdparser is needed in dev-java

buildfile.patch

a patch for the build.xml which introduces a new target that makes it possible
to zip the source code, triggered by the use-flags 'source'. also adds source
and target attributes to the javac node.
