instead of ' docinto html ; dodoc doc/arm/*'

should probably be 'dohtml doc/arm/*'

gziped html breaks links. The current ebuild also sucks in
the stuff used to generate the html. Arguably, if other formats
like pdf or ps are desireable, they should be built and put
someplace other than the 'html' directory.
