This seems similar to some other mozilla bug reports, however I have disabled
the mozsvg USE flag and still cannot build mozilla.

Emerge worked after adding moznomail and moznoirc to the USE flags.

Stale bug, reopen if this is still an issue with up-to-date ebuild versions.
