On the one hand there are currently no stable nodejs-12 ebuilds for ppc or ppc64, on the other dev-ruby/execjs-2.7.0 (which depends on net-libs/nodejs) has already been stabilised on ppc. Make sure we've got at least one stable node-12 ebuild for those two arches before we start dropping PPC32 support from nodejs-14 - and while at it, let's go straight for the current release on this branch.

Requesting stabilisation on ppc and ppc64 to begin with, will add other arches to the list later.

Confirmed not to build on PPC32. Switching to stabilisation of other arches.

Known security vulnerabilities in this version. Closing, will request stabilisation of the fixed version in the security bug.
