As stated in the topic, the bmp-libvisual plugin for BMP should depend on libvisual.

Eh, my mistake, seems it must be some other problem that's causing the bmp-libvisual to say that libvisual could not be found...

Found it... it needs the libvisual-plugins, not just libvisual, otherwise it doesn't work.
