Both homepage and src_uri are not available:
  https://echelon.pl/pubs/
contains:

ipfs resolve -r /ipns/echelon.pl/pubs/: no link named "pubs" under bafybeiefzhjgachl7c777s3324kgokc77hxbhge4w4mfv5gisbrezfzyky

The same for the source tarball link.

There is a github clone, however:
https://github.com/adrelanos/clrngd

Please consider to switch.
