This ebuild is almost a year old. Its EAPI 7 bump fixes cross-compiling multilib dependencies.
I was going to leave some of these new packages I've adopted and do a sweep of fix-ups then stabilise, but you're right - no point in making people wait for EAPI 7 and such. Thank you!
