Can we get sejo set up with access to add new devs please?
 he needs to be able to add them to dev.g.o, cvs, and core and dev ml's.

I added him to the useradmin group on toucan. I'm not sure what we're doing for core ML access yet since lcars was concerned about the web interface. We'll have him comment on this bug for that.

The only stuff left is cvs (which I'm not sure what we do) and ML which I need to talk with lcars about.
