Description Torsten Evers 2004-12-22 03:31:22 UTC
While translating the shoutcast-config.xml document I realized that it doesn't tell anything about the fetch restriction of the server binary packet and how to go on with that. It simply talks about installing it via "emerge shoutcast-server-bin" which isn't the case (anymore).
It should tell at least where to get the binary since in the SRC_URI in the ebuild doesn't mention a correct URL.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Expected Results:
The doc should tell the user how to obtain the server-binary from
www.shoutcast.com and how to make it usable for emerge.

Chris, there seems to be a difficulty with the fetching. I don't think this is really documentation-related, more something like missing einfo's in the ebuild (like where to fetch). Not sure though, haven't checked out myself.

added a message to pkg_nofetch() to tell users where to download the server
files. thanks
