app-cdr/cdrecord-prodvd license description is incorrect. It states:

License:     as-is

This is incorrect, because cdrecord-prodvd does not allow commercial distribution and use, however /usr/portage/licenses/as-is implies it does.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -s cdrecord-prodvd
2. read
3. read /usr/portage/licenses/as-is
4. read ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/cdrecord/ProDVD/README (a bit further down it states what is allowed and not, also note a key is needed)
5. note the difference

Actual Results:  
The license listed is incorrect.

Expected Results:  
It should state the correct license conditions, i.e. named README file or similar.

Well, licenses are not my main focus.

What do you think about free-noncomm?

Yes, free-noncomm seems to reflect what is in the README.

Changed in all cdrecord-prodvd ebuilds.  Thanks for your advise!
