net-im/psimedia altogether is unbuildable due to a required dep not being buildable. psimedia is hosted in Github, and has tagged releases available. You can also make a snapshot release from any newer upstream commit and have it keyworded, since now (and probably for a long time) psimedia is totally unmergeable in Gentoo.
