Description Erik Quaeghebeur 2020-10-27 21:37:58 UTC
kde-apps/zanshin-0.5.71-r1 was removed from the tree. Now there is no version compatible with kde-apps 20.04.3 present anymore. Please restore this version, as running a maximally stable setup has quite some maintenance advantages.

So, please revert
https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=4c20b890254bf28b39e6f45b54774cf0189a3b16

Reproducible: Always

Except of course kde-apps/zanshin which is not stable at all. Old version was kept much longer than usual, it won't come back. You can --exclude -r2 from upgrade for the time being, KDE Release Service 20.08.3 will arrive in ~1 week from now as our upcoming stable candidate.

Indeed, maximally is not the same as completely.

Indeed, I'll be able to manage for a week, thanks for the heads-up.

Regarding keeping older versions: please consider keeping them even longer if the new version is incompatible with stable dependencies.
