Hello!

LabPlot has just bump it's version to 1.4.0

Sources aren't spread over all sf.net's mirrors yet.... but you can find a mirror with them ;-)

Sorry - I do not have an amd64, so I caonnot test it.

- added audiofile to IUSE and to configure
- deleted amd64 specific patch - I cannot test is it still needed :( , but it's
not applying anymore (atleast cleanly ;-) )

Since patch isn't necessary for version 1.4.0, I've deleted eutils from
inherited eclasses. (forgot to do this previously).

fftw and gsl now in sci-libs - new ebuild to reflect this

Added to portage (with a few modifications, as it was it broke when cdf was installed). Thanks!
