First ever stabilisation request of these packages.

There is one open bug about these packages now: https://bugs.gentoo.org/744127 (libstrophe won't build under libressl, found by Toralf's tinderbox).

Upstream maintainer himself has commented on it that it's been fixed upstream. Also I see upstream now has CI testing libressl compatibility, so I expect this to not regress in future.

There's still no new upstream release with the fix, and I'm still reluctant to faff around backporting and testing that patch.

So I won't be sad if you reject this stabilization request because of this outstanding issue. In any case it is useful for me to clarify the current stance of the stabilization team on such situations.

Pop the arches you wish to be stabilised next to the packages and it should go ahead.

I don't understand what you mean. Is something missing in the request I filed?
amd64 arch is CC'd, which I thought is enough.
