Bug 74647 – commonbox-utils, commonbox-styles, blackbox, bbpager working on ppc64

I lumped these together since they kind of use the same code and have
the same issues.

Currently these all work fine on ppc64.  However, they have to be compiled
with gcc 3.3 as they are broken with 3.4 (see bug #64747).  Since there
doesn't seem to be any ppc64-specific problem, I think the keyword should
be added.

Patch has been added and all of this packages have been marked ~ppc64.
