equery depgraph usually displays the USE flags that trigger dependencies in the tree

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
equery depgraph aumix (or some other installed package)
Actual Results:  
Dependency graph with no USE flags in square brackets

Expected Results:  
USE flags should be displayed by default, unless disabled by the --no-useflags
command line option
